Welcome to Blinxspace Labs License Agreements. This document outlines the licensing terms for all digital products available on our platform. By purchasing or using any product from Blinxspace, you agree to comply with these license terms.

1. General License Terms
All digital products on Blinxspace are subject to the following general license terms:
- Digital Delivery: All products are delivered digitally via instant download after purchase confirmation.
- Single User License: Each purchase grants license to one user for personal or commercial use.
- No Redistribution: Products cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties.
- Updates Included: Free updates included for the version purchased, major updates may require additional purchase.
2. Commercial Use License
Our commercial use license allows you to:
- Client Projects: Use products in client work and commercial projects.
- Unlimited Projects: Use in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
- Modified Products: Create derivative works for commercial use.
- Multi-Platform: Use across web, mobile, and desktop applications.
Restrictions: Cannot claim ownership of original product, cannot sublicense or redistribute.
3. Product-Specific Licenses
Templates & Themes
Can be used in unlimited projects. Client use permitted with proper attribution to Blinxspace in source code comments.
Code Components & Libraries
Royalty-free use in commercial applications. Source code modification allowed. Distribution as part of compiled applications permitted.
Design Assets & Graphics
Use in unlimited commercial projects. Can be modified and incorporated into larger works. Cannot be sold as standalone assets.
Plugins & Extensions
Single installation per license. Updates included for 1 year. Commercial use permitted in client projects.
4. Support & Maintenance
- Technical Support: 30 days of email support included with all purchases.
- Documentation: Comprehensive documentation provided with every product.
- Bug Fixes: Free bug fixes and security updates for the purchased version.
- Community Forum: Access to our community forum for additional support.
5. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 14-Day Guarantee: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if product doesn't work as described.
- Technical Issues: Refunds available for unresolved technical issues after support attempts.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only available for legitimate technical issues.
6. License Violations
The following actions constitute license violations:
- Sharing Login Credentials: Sharing account access with multiple users.
- Reselling Products: Selling or redistributing products on other platforms.
- Circumventing Protection: Removing copyright notices or license validation.
- Bulk Redistribution: Using products in templates or themes for mass distribution.
Violations may result in immediate license termination and legal action.
